1412 overture
The search for a cash machine (after my near-brawl with some idiots at King's Cross) meant we ended up in Euston, resulting in me changing plans for eating/drinking. We stayed for a round at The Doric Arch, only for me to then realise they'd stop serving food at 2100, which meant a mad dash back to The Euston Flyer (which is where we'd initially planned to be anyway) where they were still serving.

Christmas Dinner table at The Albert
The Table for Christmas Dinner, at the Albert, Llandudno, as it used to be. The pub has recently been refurbished (Autumn 2007) and looks a lot different now. I set this one up - for 16 people. This shows 4 places - I have focused on the napkin on the left, and you can see the cracker - taken at 90mm on a Canon EF 90-300, at f/4.5, i got a narrow Depth of Field with the widest aperture i could get. In the background is the nativity scene in the window, and you can see a bottle of Sunrise Merlot acting as a candle holder - its really nice like that. Of course the bottle is empty...! :-)
